I’m the type to get obsessed with things that I find interesting. For the last few years, I had been obsessed with blogging, and till now my love affair with blogs have yet to sour. But just recently I found another pastime that fascinates me endlessly – Ebay Auctions.
When we were living in the Philippines, I used to buy some things from Ebay.ph and I also did my bit of selling there as well as Auction.ph but I didn’t really get so much into it because I was busy with my own online store. But when we moved here in Phnom Penh where I can’t find a decent craft shop carrying supplies I need for some crafts, some of my friends suggested Ebay.
So I started surfing Ebay for goodies and whoa! found lots and lots of great deals. What I really like is their auction where you can really catch some fabulous deals. Another advantage with shopping on Ebay is that you get the chance to grab some really one-off and very unique items.
My purchases in Ebay are just in small amounts mostly won in auctions and I get the high from scoring those items at super low prices and outbidding others. I also scour the listings for some postings with free shipping and there you can also see good value buys. IMHO, the best ebay categories to shop is Crafts, Collectibles, Apparel, and Books. These items are not so bulky and not too pricey if you’re wary about spending big on online shops and if the shipping is not free then lightweight buys won’t cost an arm and a leg when it comes to shipping costs.
