This is just so funky looking! Okay, I must admit I was hooked with the color, what else would you expect when the brand associated with this is Billabong. It’s a brand associated with sports, active lifestyle. As for me, whenever this is brand is mentioned, beaches, surfing, short shorts, colorful flip flops come to mind.

This special edition Sony VAIO will only be available in Australia and the retail price is pegged at $749. Very reasonable for a VAIO, I think this is a good buy compared to those super luxurious vanity designer notebooks. At least this one you won’t need to have at least a cheap insurance just to bring it around.

This collaboration between Sony and Billabong is called the “Imperial Lime” and I think its just fitting with that colorful lid with bold splashes of lime green, blue, and black. The notebook comes with Billabong content, including images and video from a new TV series featuring a selection of Billabong’s key surfing athletes.

This would definitely appeal to the younger set. And as for the specs, not bad either. It runs on Intel Atom N450 and has Windows 7 Starter as the OS, a 10.1 LED screen and a mean 250GB plus a host of other features.
