An Amazing Eco Printer

If they ever manufacture this one, I’m totally going to get in line and get my hands on one. There are some inventions that are simply so so, some funny but useless, but this one stands out above the pack. Why? Lovely, ergonomic and very sleek design, and most of all, its so eco-friendly!

I love thin stuff, and this one is designed sleekly that at first glance its not even thicker than your typical glass tiles! But the best feature of this Eco-Printer is that it uses a specialized ink composed of photographic materials that disappear from UV irradiation.

In lay man’s terms, non-sensitive documents can be printed, erased, and reprinted increasing the lifecycle of paper. Amazing right? That’ll save thousands if not millions of trees used in making paper.

The Eco-Printer was designed by Sharsha Lee for Liteon Technology Corp. and was a 2010 Red Dot Concept Design winning entry.

I want to see more designs and concepts like this.
